Last week, information regarding the 2012-2013 PTA Nominations was sent home with your student. Please consider giving of your time and running for the Tamarac Elementary PTA Board. As a PTA board member, you will participate in fundraising decisions, play a role in your student's education by bringing quality programs to our school, creating a yearbook, and working together with teachers and administration on a variety of committees and programs. In addition, you will also participate in National and State events, be a part of the Broward County Council PTA and most importantly, advocate for all children. This year's board has created materials that will help a new board transition into their new commitments so they will be ready to take on the planning for the new school year. We hope that you will consider giving of your time to help make Tamarac Elementary the best it can be and we look forward to seeing you at our next meeting on March 7th @ 6pm in the cafeteria.
